How will I know if my order has been received successfully?
Upon receipt you will receive order confirmation from N'omose Couture. This will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. The email will contain order details. If for some reason you did not receive an order confirmation please don’t hesitate to contact customer service at Info@nomosecouture.com
How do I modify my online order?
Due to the processing times of our orders, we are only able to modify orders within 24 hours after they have been placed. Please contact us and we will modify your order. Be sure to submit your order number on the contact form. You will then have to resubmit a new order online.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All of our garments are handmade by Merrytime herself! Therefore, our entire inventory is made to order and will ship in one to three weeks after your order is placed. Please allow one to three weeks for delivery and 24-48 hours processing time for all orders.
Can I have my order rush processed?
Rush orders are processed in two to five business days at an additional fee of $20.00 per garment. Please contact us prior to placing a rush order. All of our garments are made to order, thus rush processing may not be available depending on our production schedule. Once you receive confirmation that we can rush your order, please Request a rush order invoice.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our work, no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time. If you have a concern regarding the quality or sizing of your custom garment, please contact us directly and we will be happy to review your concerns with you.
How can I pay for my online purchases?
N'omose Couture PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
Will I be charged sales tax when ordering online?
N'omose Couture is required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases where applicable. Some states charge taxes on both shipping and purchase total. Sales tax is estimated at checkout, the final amount will be reflected on your invoice or order confirmation.
What are my shipping options?
Our preferred carrier is USPS. We would like to continue to support the post office and trust the USPS to get you your merchandise on time. 
Does N'omose Couture ship to multiple addresses?
We ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, you must place one order per address.                                                                      I saw something on your Instagram or Facebook page, but I don’t see it for sale online. Can I order it?
Sometimes we’ll photograph a custom order that was a one-time creation. We also test certain patterns using small batches of sample fabric we receive. For these reasons, not all garments we post on social media are added to our full online collection or available for purchase. Items also sell out fast, so if you absolutely love it, be sure to gran it quickly!
