Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

Ready to wear orders will be handled and shipped within 1-3 days of payment. Standard shipping for domestic orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days. while International will take 7-14 business days.

Made to order/Custom items will be  handled and shipped within 2-3 weeks of payment or as stated in the item listing. Standard shipping for domestic orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days. while International will take 7-14 business days.

All order cancelation request must be made within 48 hrs by sending us an email at info@nomosecouture.com

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer

Return and Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (Ready to wear items only) you may send the items back to our distribution centre in its original, unused condition within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelries..

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the package with a tracking number.

  • The cost of sending the original item to N'omose Couture is the customer's responsibility. We will compensate by covering the cost of sending the exchange item to you. We therefore ask that you provide a confirmation of proof of posting.

  • We will review the returned package and contact you to let you know that your exchange has been accepted. We will issue a store credit or an exchange on receipt (excluding the original delivery charge), provided our goods are undamaged and returned in a re-sellable condition.

  • Please allow 14 working days (from the date we receive the returned item) for an exchange to be processed.

  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged after point of sale through misuse or carelessness.

  • We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

  • Items advertised as Free shipping that are returned for refund will be charged a  handling fee.

  • Clearance items are not eligible for Return/Exchange
