Shipping and Return Policy

Standard US shipping is $7 and free for orders above $150. Ready to wear items will be shipped out in 1-3 business days and made to order pieces shipped in 1-3 weeks depending on current order volume. Please note if your order includes a custom/made to order garment, your entire package will be shipped once the custom piece is complete.

Next Day US shipping is $24 and applicable to ready to wear pieces. Order must be place before 5PM EST to qualify for next day shipping. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be shipped out on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
All US orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number provided during checkout.
NOTE: Shipping may be slightly longer during busy sale season.

If item(s) is not received within 7 days (US) or without 21 days (international shipping) after tracking number is sent, kindly send an email to to inform us. Any request outside of those days will not be honored as items will be considered lost as we can no longer track the item and theirfore can not issue any refund.  


We are happy to make a return for all “Ready To Wear” garments as long as they are in their unworn state with all tags attached are eligible for return for a store credit. Return must be made within 7days of item(s) delivery.

All sales and clearance items are not eligible for return.

All made to order pieces are not eligible for return, hence we encourage you to take your measurement and follow the size chart closely to ensure you get the right size.

Items advertised as Free Shipping that are returned for refund will be charged a shipping fee that applied to the country it was shipped.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. N’omose Couture does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. 

Shipping cost will only be returned if it has been an error with the order.

Exchanges are not available at the moment as we cannot guarantee the item you purchased will be available in a different color or size you are interested in, hence the normal return process will need to be followed and new purchase made.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may vary during busy periods.
