Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (Ready to wear items only) you may send the items back to our distribution center in its original, unused condition within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit. Simply send us and email at info@nomosecouture.com and the return address details will be communicated.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelries and masks.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the package with a tracking number.

  • The cost of sending the original item to N'omose Couture is the customer's responsibility. We will compensate by covering the cost of sending the exchange item to you. We therefore ask that you provide a confirmation of proof of posting.

  • We will review the returned package and contact you to let you know that your exchange has been accepted. We will issue a store credit or an exchange on receipt (excluding the original delivery charge), provided our goods are undamaged and returned in a re-sellable condition.

  • Please allow 10 working days (from the date we receive the returned item) for an exchange to be processed.

  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged after point of sale through misuse or carelessness.

  •  Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

  • Items advertised as Free shipping that are returned for refund will be charged a  handling fee.

  • Clearance items are not eligible for Return/Exchange

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS: 
In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@nomosecouture.com. Upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or give you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
